Pinthouse San Antonio

Pinthouse San Antonio is a 10,000-square-foot pub designed to bring people together through a thoughtful blend of atmosphere and functionality. The space features a skylit atrium, a spacious beer hall with communal seating, and a variety of dining areas, along with three bars, a dedicated takeout space, and an on-site brewhouse.

This 10,832-square-foot interior finish-out was delivered through a design-build approach. The project included converting an exterior patio into an enclosed dining area with a custom skylight and repurposing interior space to support a fully operational brewhouse. Extensive custom millwork and close coordination throughout the project ensured a high-quality finish, resulting in a space that balances craftsmanship, efficiency, and a strong guest experience.
